| Characters: 1. This machine's configuration is made of 100% stainless steel by upside and downside is carbonizes steels which has the stainless steel cover. The space between upside and downside is easy to clean and maintain. 2. Automatic process for loading empty cups, quantificational filling, sealing for two times and taking finished product. 3. This machine will stops filling and sealing when it detects there is no cup arriving. 4. The filling part uses cylinder cut for against leaking products. 5. There is Sterilize function to packaging material. 6. The measure filling can adjust one by one. 7. It can make a signal when it connects with CIP controller (cleaning in place) 8. It contains the CIP regurgitate pipe which is link with the filling part. (it doesn't contain the regurgitate pump) 9. The sealing part with localizer setting. 10. Equipping the stainless steel structure and polymethyl methacrylate cover against dust. (We can make more levels according to clients' requirement) |
